| Training | |
 At
Flynn Brothers Contracting, we are constantly striving to set a standard
for both professionalism and excellence within our industry.
As a part of this ongoing effort, we provide company sponsored training
programs that intended to develop both the trade and personal skills
of our employees.
These continuing education classes include: |

| Basic Surveying and Layout | |
| This class will focus on basic leveling, instrumentation and layout. Class will be taught indoors. | |
| Beginning Plan Reading and Takeoff | |
| Interactive course designed for all employees. General plan reading and material estimation. All employees are encouraged to attend. | |
| Advanced Plan Reading | |
| Higher level training in plan reading. Successful completion of Beginning Plan Reading and Takeoff is required. | |
| Intro to Personal Computer | |
| Topics include: hardware, software usage and applications (windows and other Microsoft application). MacIntosh systems will not be covered. Class size is limited. | |
| Materials and Compaction | |
| Topics include: material types and characteristics, material testing, mechanical compaction equipment and techniques. Classes will have several guest speakers from representative firms. | |
| Concrete Basics | |
| Introduction to components and characteristics of concrete. Taught by IMI Concrete personnel. | |
| Personal Finance | |
| A personal improvement class covering investments, insurance, stocks and bonds with an emphasis on retirement planning. | |
